Labour: Mini-budget 'clearly' cause for market turmoil

Shadow chief secretary to the Treasury Pat McFadden says the government's mini-budget was "clearly" the cause of the current market turmoil.

He added that the difficulties in the market were not caused by any specific policy, but rather by the whole thrust of the mini-budget and the pledge to cut more taxes.
