Krishna Devi, 39 years, mother of two daughters participated in USHA-SIDBI Swavalamban Silai School's 9-day training in October 2020. She then opened her own Silai School. During the COVID-19 pandemic induced lockdown, Ms Devi was able to help her family that was facing a financial crisis. Thanks to her Silai School, Ms Devi's income has increased manifold. She is motivated to continue with her Silai School so that she can give her daughters the bright future that they deserve.
