The Supreme Court has rejected plea of LDF MLAs and stated that they must face the prosecution under the prevention of Damages to Public Property Act for damaging assembly property in Kerala in 2015. For the unversed, the state assembly had witnessed ruckus on March 13th 2015 by LDF members against then ruling govt.
