Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has opened a front against the central government's ordinance on transfer-posting. In this episode, on Wednesday (May 24) in Mumbai, he met former Maharashtra CM and Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray. On this occasion, Uddhav Thackeray said that we all have come together to save the country and democracy. I think we should not be called 'Opposition' party, rather they (Centre) should be called 'Opposition' as they are against democracy and constitution.AAP leader and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, AAP Rajya Sabha leader Members Sanjay Singh and Raghav Chadha and Delhi government minister Atishi were also with Kejriwal. Delhi CM Kejriwal said that he will also meet NCP Chief Sharad Pawar to seek support for the ordinance. After meeting Uddhav Thackeray, Kejriwal said that Uddhav Thackeray has promised us that he will support us in Parliament and if this bill is not passed in Parliament, Modi government will not come back to power in 2024. An ordinance was issued to reverse the order of the Supreme Court. Under this ordinance, the right to take the final decision related to the transfer and posting of any officer has been given back to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, transfer and disciplinary action of Group A officers of 'Daniks' cadre serving in Delhi under the ordinance National Capital Public Service Authority has been constituted for this. There will be three members in this authority. The chief minister has been made the chairman of the authority. This authority will have the right to take all the decisions of transfer and appointment of Daniks and Group A officers, but the final decision will be valid only of the Lieutenant Governor. While the Supreme Court had said in its decision that the elected government of Delhi will have the right to take all decisions except law and order, role and public order.

दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ट्रांसफर-पोस्टिंग पर केंद्र सरकार के अध्यादेश के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोले हुए हैं. इसी कड़ी में बुधवार (24 मई) को मुंबई में उन्होंने महाराष्ट्र के पूर्व सीएम और शिवसेना (यूबीटी) प्रमुख उद्धव ठाकरे से मुलाकात की. इस मौके पर उद्धव ठाकरे ने कहा कि हम सब देश और लोकतंत्र को बचाने के लिए एक साथ आए हैं. मुझे लगता है कि हमें 'विपक्षी' दल नहीं कहा जाना चाहिए, बल्कि उन्हें (केंद्र को) 'विपक्षी' कहा जाना चाहिए क्योंकि वे लोकतंत्र और संविधान के खिलाफ हैं.इस मौके पर आप नेता नेता और पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान, आप राज्यसभा सदस्य संजय सिंह और राघव चड्ढा और दिल्ली सरकार में मंत्री आतिशी भी केजरीवाल के साथ थे. दिल्ली के सीएम केजरीवाल ने कहा कि अध्यादेश पर समर्थन के लिए वे एनसीपी चीफ शरद पवार से भी मुलाकात करेंगे. उद्धव ठाकरे से मुलाकात के बाद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि उद्धव ठाकरे ने हमसे वादा किया है कि वे संसद में हमारा समर्थन करेंगे और अगर यह विधेयक संसद में पारित नहीं हुआ तो 2024 में मोदी सरकार दोबारा सत्ता में नहीं आएगी.19 मई को केंद्र सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश को पलटने वाला अध्यादेश जारी किया था.
