Will the central bank choose to raise interest rates or to allow the dollar to collapse? Macleod feels most central banks have no choice but to allow inflation to rip. They also look at the balance sheet of the People’s Bank of China and forecast the possible consequences of their having much less debt and leverage than Western central banks.
