बहुत जल्द देश में अंग्रेजों के बनाये 3 बड़े क़ानून खत्म हो जाएंगे और हमारे अपने, भारत के बनाए तीन नए संशोधित क़ानून लागू होंगे..इसका मतलब ये हुआ कि IPC यानि इंडियन पीनल कोड...CRPC यानि क्रिमिनल प्रोसीजर कोड और तीसरा इंडियन एविडेंस कोड.. ये तीनों पुराने कानून खत्म हो जाएंगे और इनकी जगह भारत सरकार के बनाए तीन संशोधित कानून प्रभावी होंगे...इसके लिए आज गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने लोकसभा में तीन विधेयक पेश किये...पहला भारतीय न्याय संहिता 2023 बिल...दूसरा भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता 2023 बिल और तीसरा भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम बिल...गृह मंत्री ने कहा ब्रिटिश कानून में ब्रिटिश प्रशासन की रक्षा करना और उसे मजबूती देना था...जनता को न्याय से उसका मतलब नहीं था...अब तीनों नए कानून भारतीय नागरिकों के अधिकारों की रक्षा करेंगे....सरकार की इस कोशिश से AIMIM के मुखिया बैरिस्टर ओवैसी साहब नाराज हैं..उन्होंने आरोप लगाया है कि नए कानून से सरकार को गैरजरूरी ताकतें मिलेंगी और जनता के अधिकारों के साथ खिलवाड़ होगा...उन्होंने कहा कि जनता के अधिकारों को कम करने वाले किसी भी कानून का वो विरोध करेंगे.

These three old laws will end and three amended laws made by the Government of India will be effective in their place… For this today Home Minister Amit Shah introduced three Bills in the Lok Sabha… First Indian Judicial Code 2023 Bill.. .The second Indian Civil Defense Code 2023 Bill and the third Indian Evidence Act Bill…The Home Minister said the British law was to protect and strengthen the British administration…It did not mean justice to the public…Now all three The new laws will protect the rights of Indian citizens....AIMIM chief Barrister Owaisi is angry with this effort of the government..He has alleged that the new law will give unnecessary powers to the government and will play with the rights of the people. ..He said that he will oppose any law which curtails the rights of the people.
