अनुच्छेद 370 को चुनौती देने वाली 23 याचिकाओं पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में 12 दिन की सुनवाई के बाद सामने आए हैं। ..सुनवाई कितनी लंबी चलेगी..फ़ैसला कब आएगा, अभी नहीं कहा जा सकता। लेकिन अब तक के जो संकेतों से कुछ लोगों को 370 की बहाली का खयाल छोड़ना पड़ सकता है। सुनवाई में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने माना कि अनुच्छेद 35A देश के बाक़ी लोगों को...उनके अधिकारों को कश्मीरियों से अलग कर रहा था। कोर्ट में सरकार की ओर से दलील भी यही थी कि ये धारा कश्मीर और बाक़ी देश में बंटवारा करती है
