मई 2018 से मई 2023 तक, यानी पिछले 5 साल के सभी विधानसभा चुनावों को अगर देखें तो आप समक्षेंगे की 5 साल में 31 विधानसभा चुनाव हुए, इनमें बीजेपी को सिर्फ 6 चुनावों में पूर्ण बहुमत मिला है। फिर भी बीजेपी ने 16 राज्यों में सरकार बना ली।
