Kawad Yatra 2021 has been cancelled by Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami after holding a high-level meeting. He said that due to Coronavirus pandemic, the step was necessary. On the other hand, Yatra has been allowed in Uttar Pradesh. The only question is that why the dual approach is being followed when the trouble of third wave persists for both the states.
