Jon Venables parole hearing set for 14 November

Jon Venables, who killed toddler James Bulger in 1993, will attend a two-day parole hearing on 14 November to see if he can be released.

Venables was released on licence in 2001 after serving his sentence, but has twice been returned to prison for possessing indecent images of children.
