US President Joe Biden has signed an executive order allowing more Americans to sign up for health insurance through the Affordable Care Act.
The Trump administration had refused to reopen enrollment, despite a growing number of people needing insurance during the coronavirus pandemic.
But Biden's action will still not reach all those in need.
