Terrorists assassinated Rahul Bhat, a government official at Chadoora Tehsil Office in Budgam, Jammu and Kashmir, on Thursday, bringing to mind the occurrences of 1989 and 1990, when Kashmiri Pandits were targeted and forced to flee the Valley. According to reliable sources, Pakistan's secret agency ISI has begun creating 'hit-lists' of members of the minority population who will be slain in order to inflame tensions in the valley, similar to its nefarious activities in late 1989 and early 1990.
