Serial killer Jeremy Skibicki has been convicted of first-degree murder in the deaths of four women in Winnipeg. Skibicki had confessed to killing the four women. However, his lawyers argued he shouldn’t be held criminally responsible, as delusions caused by his schizophrenia made him unable to realize at the time that his actions were wrong. Skibicki now faces an automatic life sentence with no chance of parole for 25 years.
