Jammu Kashmir LG Power News: LG के अधिकार बढ़ाने पर उमर अब्दुल्ला का विरोध | Breaking | Home Ministry

गृह मंत्रालय ने जम्मू-कश्मीर के उपराज्यपाल की शक्तियों को बढ़ाते हुए जम्मू-कश्मीर पुनर्गठन अधिनियम, 2019 की धारा 55 के तहत संशोधित नियमों को अधिसूचित किया है. नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस नेता और पूर्व सीएम उमर अब्दुल्ला ने LG के अधिकार बढ़ाने का विरोध किया है. उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया पर लिखा- जम्मू-कश्मीर के लोग शक्तिहीन, रबड़ स्टैंप CM से बेहतर के हकदार हैं. LG के अधिकारों में संशोधन को उमर अब्दुल्ला ने जल्द चुनाव का संकेत बताया है.

Home Ministry has notified the amended rules under Section 55 of the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Act, 2019, increasing the powers of the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir. National Conference leader and former CM Omar Abdullah has opposed the increase in the powers of LG. He wrote on social media - The people of Jammu and Kashmir deserve better than a powerless, rubber stamp CM. Omar Abdullah has described the amendment in the powers of LG as a sign of early elections.
