Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has told a US talk show that the ground offensive in Rafah is going ahead.
He says civilians will be given what he calls "safe passage" and moved northwards.

He told ABC's this week program that captives who are still alive justify Israel's ongoing war.
