An Israeli airstrike on a tent camp in the southern Gaza city of Rafah triggered a massive blaze, killing 45 people, according to local officials. The attack prompted an outcry from global leaders, including some of Israel's allies. Israel said it was targeting two Hamas leaders, with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu calling the strike a “tragic mistake.”
