The al Shifa Hospital, the biggest in Gaza Strip, is running out of fuel and space as Israel escalates its bombardment of targets ahead of an expected ground invasion.

Doctors say they won't be able to carry out life saving surgeries without fuel - as Sky's international correspondent John Sparks reports.
