Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has condemned a Russian missile attack that killed at least eight people and injured more than 50 at a popular restaurant in the eastern city of Kramatorsk. Three of those killed were children. Zelensky said the attack showed again that Russia needed to be beaten and its leaders brought to justice.
