Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar steps down - Were the signs there?

Ireland correspondent Stephen Murphy reports on Ireland's Prime Minister Leo Varadkar stepping down as prime minister for 'personal and political' reasons.

Leo Varadkar stood down after defeats in two referendums earlier in March. The latter referendum received a massive 74% No vote, the highest in Irish history.
