Iraq's government has been in a political deadlock for months.
But newly leaked audio recordings have shifted the dispute to social media.
The clips are allegedly of former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki making disparaging comments about other political leaders, including Shia scholar Muqtada al-Sadr.
