Iranian feminist wins Nobel Peace Prize from jail

Outspoken critic of Iran’s government, Narges Mohammadi, has won the 2023 Nobel Peace Prize for her support of women's rights.

The campaigner, 51, was awarded the prize "for her fight against the oppression of women in Iran and her fight to promote human rights and freedom for all".
