Iran-US deal: Tehran says exchange to be carried out shortly

A major prisoner swap between the US and Iran is expected to get underway shortly.
It's part of a deal brokered by Qatar, after two years of indirect negotiations.
Under the agreement, 6-billion-dollars of frozen Iranian funds is being transferred to banks in Qatar.
Washington says Tehran can only use that money for humanitarian needs.
