Delegation from Afghanistan meeting Taliban in Qatar's capital Doha to resume stalled negotiations.
The Afghan delegation is led by the country's Peace Council Chairman Abdullah Abdullah.
Negotiations are aimed at ending violence that has increased since a US-Taliban deal last year. And Taliban is making gains as US and other nations withdraw troops from Afghanistan.
