Emails against drag storytime and 2SLGBTQ-inclusive education made up the majority of complaints to New Brunswick Education Minister Bill Hogan just before he began a controversial review of the gender identity policy for schools. Many emails to the minister use the term 'grooming.' The term is often used to allege that 2SLGBTQ people are dangerous to children because of their identity. The minister declined to comment, and Premier Blaine Higgs did not respond to requests for an interview.
