Inflation 'in line with expectations', Treasury minister says

The latest inflation figures are "in line with expectations" from the government, economic secretary to the Treasury Andrew Griffith has said.

Following the latest figures, Mr Griffith told Sky's Kay Burley the government was "on track" but it was "not going be easy".

Speaking on the latest explosion at a Gaza hospital overnight, he said the destruction was "devastating" and the "protection of civilians was the most important thing".
