आतंकवाद के मुद्दे पर विदेशमंत्री एस जयशंकर ने पाकिस्तान को करारा जवाब दिया. टेररिज्म को लेकर पाकिस्तानी विदेश राज्य मंत्री हिना रब्बानी खार के आरोपों का करारा जवाब देते हुए जयशंकर ने पाकिस्तान को हिलेरी क्लिंटन का 11 साल पुराना बयान याद दिलाया, जिसमें उन्होंने कहा था कि 'अगर आप (पाकिस्तान) सांप पालेंगे तो ये उम्मीद मत कीजिए कि वो सिर्फ आपके पड़ोसियों को काटेंगे. भारत ने पाकिस्तान को ये बयान ऐसे वक्त में याद दिलाया है, जब पाक-अफगान बॉर्डर पर तालिबान लड़ाकों ने गोली-मोर्टार की झड़ी लगा रखी है.
