Maharashtra Tourism Minister Aaditya Thackeray on Monday inaugurated India’s first biogas-powered electric vehicle (EV)-charging station in Mumbai. The charging station can generate 220 units of energy from household waste. It will charge electric vehicles as well as power street lights. “I think it's the first such charging point in the country,” Mr Thackeray said. (Video Credit: ANI)
