Rescue crews in northern India are trying to reach survivors after part of a Himalayan glacier collapsed, sending a torrent of water and debris down a valley.
At least 14 people have died and around 170 are missing.
The waters swept away two hydroelectric power plants and forced the evacuation of villages.
