According to the weather updates, several states of India are facing heavy and continuous rains including, Maharashtra, Telangana, Karnataka, Gujarat, Goa and Madhya Pradesh to count a few. The situation is likely to get worse in Gujarat as the weather department has issued a warning of heavy to very heavy rainfall with isolated extremely heavy rains in Dang, Navsari, Valsad, Tapi and Surat during the next five days.
