Thousands have turned up to pay tribute to Sidhu Moose Wala, one the most popular singers to have come out of Punjab – his life was cut short when he was gunned down last year, leaving the community shocked and furious.

The parents of the late singer have maintained that the government are the masterminds behind their son's killing.
