भारत और अमेरिका ने शुक्रवार को उत्तराखंड के औली में वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा (एलएसी) के पास एक संयुक्त सैन्य प्रशिक्षण युद्धाभ्यास शुरू किया है। पूर्वी लद्दाख में चीन के साथ सीमा पर जारी गतिरोध के बीच दोनों देश (भारत-अमेरिकी) 15 दिनों तक यह साझा सैन्य अभ्यास करेंगे।
भारतीय सेना के सार्वजनिक सूचना महानिदेशालय ने कहा कि भारतीय सेना और अमेरिकी सेना ने युद्ध अभ्यास 2022 के लिए हाथ मिलाया है। सेना के अनुसार, संयुक्त अभ्यास संयुक्त राष्ट्र के शासनादेश के तहत शांति स्थापना और आपदा राहत कार्यों में एक इन्फैंट्री बटालियन समूह को नियुक्त करने पर केंद्रित है।

India and the US on Friday began a joint military training exercise near the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Auli, Uttarakhand. The two countries (India-American) will conduct this joint military exercise for 15 days amid the ongoing deadlock along the border with China in eastern Ladakh.

The Indian Army's Directorate General of Public Information said that the Indian Army and the US Army have joined hands for Yudh Abhyas 2022. According to the Army, the joint exercise focuses on deploying an Infantry Battalion Group in peacekeeping and disaster relief operations under the mandate of the United Nations.
