Rwandan troops in northern Mozambique have helped the government regain Cabo Delgado, an energy-rich territory that an armed group seized.
The four-year conflict has killed thousands of people and hundreds of thousands have been displaced in the region which has multibillion-dollar gas projects.
Rwanda says it is funding the military operation, but rights groups have questioned if other players might be involved.
