In foreign policy shift, Biden lifts terrorist designation for Houthis in Yemen

The Biden administration on Tuesday officially lifted the designation of the Iranian-backed Houthis in Yemen as a global terrorist organization. That announcement comes within a larger review of the U.S. relationship with Saudi Arabia.
