U.S. President Joe Biden delivered remarks in Milwaukee, Wis., on Monday, celebrating Labour Day, stating he's "encouraging unions."

Labor Secretary Marty Walsh was also in attendance.

Biden has hit the campaign trail to boost Democrats as crunch time ahead of the midterm elections kicked off. He visited the swing states of Wisconsin and Pennsylvania to mark Labour Day with trade unionists he hopes will turn out in force for his party in November.
