UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has condemned Israel's decision to speed up the construction of illegal settlements in the Occupied West Bank.
He said the recent government moves are jeopardizing the two state solution.
Elsewhere in the occupied West Bank, The Palestinian Health Ministry says a 20-year-old man has died of his wounds after being shot by Israeli soldiers on Monday in the occupied West Bank.
It happened in Husan, near Bethlehem.
Muhammad Zakaria Al-Za’oul was shot in the head, by Israeli forces who were raiding the area.
He later died in hospital.
Chinese Premier Li Qiang is leading a delegation in Germany meant to increase boost economic ties.
The talks between Li and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz will be joined by ministers from both countries.
Nine people accused of playing a role in a migrant boat sinking tragedy off the coast of Greece are due to appear in court later on Tuesday.
Each is charged with manslaughter.
Between 600-700 people were believed to be on the boat when it capsized.
81 are confirmed dead.
France says it will offer more than 27-million dollars in aid to help Tunisia stop migration from its shores. fend-off an influx of illegal migrants.
The announcement comes after President Kais Saied met with French and German interior ministers in Tunis.

Ukraine's military said it shot down around 20 missiles or drones over the capital Kyiv.
The cities of Lviv and Zaporizhzhia were also targeted. No casualties have been reported.
