The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras has launched its first electric formula racing car. Called RFR 23, the car will participate in a global competition scheduled in Germany next year. NDTV’s J Sam Daniel Stalin spoke to Team Raftar, the students’ group that designed the car, and professor V Kamakoti, the director of the institute.
