The United Nations' highest court - the International Cout of Justice - is continuing hearings into the legality of Israeli policies in the occupied West Bank and east Jerusalem.

This comes after one person has been killed and five wounded after Palestinian gunmen opened fire near an Israeli checkpoint in the occupied West Bank near Jerusalem.
