The Reuters and AFP news agencies are quoting a report by the UN's nuclear watchdog saying it cannot verify Iran's nuclear programme is exclusively for peaceful purposes.
They quote the International Atomic Energy Agency as saying Iran's stockpiles of up to 60-percent enriched uranium have grown by more than 12 kg.
Iran has been demanding an end to the investigations by the agency to revive the abandoned 2015 nuclear deal.
In previous reports, the IAEA said Tehran did not provide credible answers on the of uranium particles found at three undeclared sites.
