माफिया अतीक अहमद और उसके भाई अशरफ के आईएसआई कनेक्शन पर बड़ा खुलासा हुआ है. दोनों ISI की मदद करते थे इसका सबूत एबीपी न्यूज के हाथ लगा है. एबीपी के पास वो लेटर है जिससे पता चलता है कि अशरफ ने करेली से गिरफ्तार आतंकी जीशान कमर की पासपोर्ट बनवाने में मदद की थी.अशरफ ने पासपोर्ट अधिकारी को पत्र लिखकर जीशान कमर को जानने और पासपोर्ट बनाने की बात लिखी थी. अशरफ ने अपने लेटर हेड पर जो पत्र पासपोर्ट अधिकारी को भेजा था, उसमें जीशान कमर को भली-भांति जानने की बात कही थी. ये पत्र जनवरी 2017 में लिखा गया था.2021 में जीशान कमर को आतंकी गतिविधियों में संलिप्तता के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया गया था. जीशान को पाकिस्तान में हथियार चलाने और प्रयागराज में रहकर आतंकी गतिविधियों को बढ़ाने के लिए ट्रेनिंग दी गई थी. ट्रेनिंग के बाद वह कुछ साथियों के साथ लखनऊ के रास्ते हथियारों को प्रयागराज ले आया और नैनी स्थित पोल्ट्री फार्म में छिपा दिया था. वो आनलाइन खजूर बेचने के बहाने आतंकी गतिविधियों को संचालित कर रहा था.

In 2021, Zeeshan Qamar was arrested on charges of involvement in terrorist activities. Zeeshan was given training to use weapons in Pakistan and stay in Prayagraj to increase terrorist activities. After training, he along with some companions brought the weapons to Prayagraj via Lucknow and hid them in the poultry farm located in Naini. He was conducting terrorist activities on the pretext of selling dates online.
