HS2: New fears over future of high speed rail link

There are new fears over the future of the HS2 high speed rail link after the Foreign Secretary James Cleverly refused to commit to extending the proposed route from Birmingham to Manchester.

Labour have also stopped short of committing to the HS2 being built in full.
