Hong Kong's art and culture has suffered since Beijing imposed a draconian National Security Law on the city three years ago. Fear of arbitrary arrest for so called 'seditious publications' or articles seen as anti-government, has forced many artists, residents and activists to seek refuge abroad. Here, they are trying to preserve the cultural memory of Hong Kong. Correspondent Winnie Sung reports from the UK.
