The bombardment of Ukraine's power grid and heating infrastructure by Russia has meant the Kyiv Zoo has had to heat Tony the gorilla's enclosure with a wood stove, said Valentyna Dykarova, primate specialist at the zoo. But help is on the way from Germany in the form of generators and other equipment after a team at the Berlin Zoo raised $430,000 in aid.
