In the Gulf country United Arab Emirates, about 40 percent of the population is of the working class. These working classes come from the South Asian countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Afghanistan and the Philippines. These laborers have contributed in making this city situated in the desert beautiful. Workers from South Asian countries live together in the labour camp here. Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Nepalis all live together in one room under one roof. Everyone cooks together and they also celebrate happiness together.

Ambedkar Global's founder and local businessman Ravi Chand also helps these laborers from time to time through his organization.
