Tweaks to the works of Roald Dahl, Agatha Christie, and other iconic writers, have caused outrage from some readers who fear that literature is being censored.

Publishers are inviting 'sensitivity readers' to advise authors on potentially harmful topics, with expert Helen Gould explaining "people who do not experience oppression maybe don't understand how important it is not to be reminded of all the atrocities".
