When this law will come in the Rajya Sabha, it should not be allowed to pass under any circumstances. I will meet the presidents of all political parties and seek their support.

केंद्र सरकार के अध्यादेश को लेकर दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी से मंगलवार (23 मई) को मुलाकात की. इस दौरान पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान, सांसद संजय सिंह, राघव चड्ढा और दिल्ली सरकार में कैबिनेट मंत्री आतिशी भी मौजूद रही. दरअसल आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक केजरीवाल दिल्ली में प्रशासनिक सेवाओं के नियंत्रण पर अध्यादेश को लेकर केंद्र के खिलाफ अपनी सरकार की लड़ाई में विपक्षी दलों का समर्थन हासिल करने की कोशिशों में जुटे हैं. केजरीवाल ने कहा कि ये लड़ाई केवल दिल्ली वालों की लड़ाई नहीं है. ये लड़ाई भारतीय जनतंत्र को बचाने की लड़ाई है, बाबा साहेब के दिए संविधान को बचाने की लड़ाई है, न्यायपालिका को बचाने की लड़ाई है. ये लड़ाई देश बचाने की लड़ाई है. इसमें सबके साथ की अपेक्षा करता हूँ. उन्होंने ट्वीट किया, ‘‘आज से देश भर में निकल रहा हूं. दिल्ली के लोगों के हक के लिए. उच्चतम न्यायालय ने बरसों बाद आदेश पारित करके दिल्ली के लोगों के साथ न्याय किया, उन्हें उनके हक दिये। केंद्र सरकार ने अध्यादेश लाकर वो सारे हक वापस छीन लिए. जब ये क़ानून राज्यसभा में आएगा तो इसे किसी हालत में पास नहीं होने देना. सभी राजनीतिक दलों के अध्यक्षों से मिलकर उनका साथ मांगूंग.''
