The political tussle continues regarding the Karnataka elections. In view of this, the BJP has now objected to Congress chief Sonia Gandhi using the word 'sovereignty of Karnataka' in her speech. Regarding this, the BJP delegation has submitted a complaint letter to the Election Commission and the BJP delegation has demanded strict action from the Election Commission. The party says that under the Representation of the People Act, the party gives an affidavit for registration in the Election Commission that He is devoted to the unity, integrity and sovereignty of the nation whereas Sonia Gandhi's statement violates it. With this, the BJP has told the Election Commission that the Congress party has not yet given any response regarding the advertisement containing the corruption rate card, so it will have to apologize in writing to the BJP. The BJP delegation also says that the Congress had to reply to the commission's notice by 5 pm on May 7. After this, there has been no response from the Congress. The BJP delegation in Delhi has met the Election Commission regarding this matter.

कर्नाटक चुनाव को लेकर सियासी घमासान जारी है. इसी के मद्देनजर बीजेपी ने अब कांग्रेस प्रमुख सोनिया गांधी द्वारा अपने भाषण में 'कर्नाटक की संप्रभुता' शब्द इस्तेमाल करने पर आपत्ति जताई है. इसको लेकर बीजेपी के प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने चुनाव आयोग को शिकायत पत्र सौंपा है और बीजेपी के प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने चुनाव आयोग से कड़ी कार्रवाई करने की मांग की है.पार्टी का कहना है कि जनप्रतिनिधि कानून के तहत चुनाव आयोग में रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए पार्टी एक हलफनामा देती है कि वह राष्ट्र की एकता अखंडता और संप्रभुता के प्रति समर्पित है जबकि सोनिया गांधी का बयान इसका उल्लंघन करता है. इसी के साथ बीजेपी ने चुनाव आयोग से कहा है कि भ्रष्टाचार रेट कार्ड वाले विज्ञापन को लेकर कांग्रेस पार्टी ने अब तक कोई जवाब नहीं दिया है लिहाजा उसे बीजेपी से लिखित में माफी मांगनी पड़ेगी. बीजेपी प्रतिनिधिमंडल का यह भी कहना है कि 7 मई की शाम 5 बजे तक कांग्रेस को आयोग के नोटिस का जवाब देना था. इसके बाद कांग्रेस का कोई जवाब नहीं आया है. इस मामले को लेकर दिल्ली में बीजेपी का प्रतिनिधिमंडल चुनाव आयोग से मिला है.
