Union Home Minister Amit Shah paid tributes to General Bipin Rawat and his wife Madhulika Rawat at their residence today. Their funeral will take place at 4 pm. General Rawat, his wife Madhulika Rawat and 11 others were killed in a chopper crash Wednesday.
