Hit And Run Law Drives protest in India LIVE: क्या है नया 'हिट एंड रन' कानून और क्यों हो रहा विरोध?

नए 'हिट एंड रन' का मध्य प्रदेश के अलावा राजस्थान, गुजरात, यूपी और बिहार में विरोध रहा है. इसको लेकर ड्राइवर चक्का जाम कर रहे हैं. दरअसल, सड़क हादसों पर नियंत्रण करने के लिए केंद्र सरकार ने 'हिट एंड रन' कानून में बदलाव किया है. इंडियन पीनल कोड 2023 में हुए संशोधन के बाद एक्सीडेंट होने पर ड्राइवर को 10 साल की सजा और 7 लाख के जुर्माने का प्रावधान किया गया है. 10 साल की सजा के प्रावधान की वजह से ही ड्राइवर परेशान हैं और विरोध कर रहे हैं.
Apart from Madhya Pradesh, there has been opposition to the new 'Hit and Run' in Rajasthan, Gujarat, UP and Bihar. Drivers are blocking roads due to this. Actually, to control road accidents, the Central Government has made changes in the 'Hit and Run' law. After the amendment in the Indian Penal Code 2023, a provision of 10 years' imprisonment and a fine of Rs 7 lakh has been made to the driver in case of an accident. The drivers are upset and protesting because of the provision of 10 years of punishment.
