Health system in northern Gaza has collapsed, says doctor in the region

The health system in northern Gaza is in peril as the Al-Shifa hospital and many others have suffered Israeli airstrikes. Israel says that Hamas is operating out of the Al-Shifa hospital and, under international law, the hospital becomes a legitimate target. Joseph Belliveau, executive director of Doctor Without Borders Canada, says there are thousands of civilians in these facilities and to bomb the hospital 'is unconscionable.'
