Sir Ed Davey has defended the party's health and social care plans and says it's at the heart of the Liberal Democrats' manifesto.

On salaries in the care sector, he explained to Sky News' Trevor Phillips why he thinks a £2 hourly pay rise will tackle the care worker shortage - by empowering and valuing family and other carers.
